Fully Automatic Deionization Systems – Deionization Units
Deionization units, which are one of the important technologies used in pure water production, have low operating costs, no need for permanent personnel, and better results in output water quality compared to other systems. Target water deionizer units, specially designed for processes that require high quality pure water, are used to obtain pure water by purifying all remaining ions from the water after passing it through pre-treatment units.
These systems, which are designed especially for well water, glass industry, dialysis centers, hot water boiler feed water, businesses producing cosmetics and cleaning materials, and factories with high demand for pure water, are still widely used today. Target water fully automatic deionizer units are designed in two stages. In the first unit, cation ions in the water are retained by using cation-removing synthetic resins to ensure the hydrogen cycle. In the second unit, all anion ions in the water are kept in order to ensure the hydroxide cycle. Thus, H+ ions from the first unit and OH– ions from the second unit combine to form H2O.
